Cholada is a great example of what being a true Bostonian is all about. She was born in Thailand, and moved to Boston as a child, settling in Watertown and graduating from Watertown High School. She is a graduate of Bentley University, having earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Study. Having been raised and educated in and around Boston, Cholada has an unmatched knowledge of the city, its character, and its potential to make people love living here.
Cholada’s customer service skills stem from over a decade of making both corporate and individual clients happy. She started her professional career in the financial services industry, and has worked for global industry leaders, including State Street, JP Morgan Chase, and Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. Though her strong work ethic allowed her to quickly establish herself as a rising star within the finance industry, Cholada came to realize that her passions lay elsewhere. Her love of hospitality and connecting with people led her to make a move to a career in the restaurant industry, where she took over her family’s restaurants in Brookline and Cambridge, and later opened her own restaurant in Newton with her partner in life Paul Reeves.
This position allowed Cholada to immerse herself in the local community, and to foster relationships with a diverse clientele, including industry leaders and members of the international community.
That same professionalism and focus on client satisfaction allowed her to excel in the finance and hospitality industries, as well as a deep appreciation of what the Greater Boston area has to offer, that brought Cholada into the real estate business, first as a co-founder of The ARC Group, and now with The Equinox group.
In her spare time, Cholada enjoys travel, being a foodie, spending time with family and friends, and of course, taking advantage of the best that Greater Boston and her current hometown of Newton have to offer. She is a supporter of Boston Ballet Young Partners, Newport International Polo Series & Newport Historical Society, and Health Equity International, as well as a member of the Tango Society of Boston and the Guild of Sommeliers.
