Born and raised in a diverse family in the Greater Boston area has given Paul a unique knowledge, understanding, and perspective of the history and future of the Boston Real Estate Market. Since entering the Real Estate industry over a decade ago, Paul has made a name for himself among both clients and colleagues alike as being highly professional, detail-oriented, organized, savvy in negotiations, collaborative, confident, and above all a fierce advocate for his client’s interests.
Growing up in Greater Boston afforded Paul the opportunity to attend some of the finest public and private educational institutions. After graduating from Brookline High School, and beginning his undergraduate studies at Boston College, Paul went on to graduate from UMass Boston’s College of Management, and later MIT’s School of Architecture and Planning with a Real Estate Investment Certificate.
With this background, Paul is a skilled negotiator, using in-depth property analyses, historical data, extensive market knowledge, and experience to provide his clients with maximum leverage during all types of negotiations. He also has a talent for identifying and analyzing investment opportunities and trends for any real estate investment strategy and has successfully helped many clients build and expand—or liquidate—their portfolios.
Paul’s customer service and project management skills stem from a life of entrepreneurship, where fostering client satisfaction was priority number one. After a long career in the entertainment business, and along with his partner in life, Cholada Aramthip Reeves, Paul has owned and operated restaurants in Brookline and Newton, which have allowed him to foster deep relationships with and within those communities and clientele, including industry leaders across many walks of life. Also around this time, they co-founded their original real estate team, The ARC Group, which was the predecessor to The Equinox Group.
When he isn’t working, Paul enjoys traveling, taking advantage of Boston’s vibrant and underrated restaurant scene, playing golf at the many gorgeous public and private courses New England has to offer, and of course spending quality time with family and friends. Through charitable donations and volunteering, Paul and Cholada support various charities and foundations, including Boston Ballet Young Partners, Newport International Polo Series and Newport Historical Society, Health Equity International, Cradles to Crayons, and others.
